Overview
Reframing a contact page as a more memorable interaction.
Turning a static form into a playful conversation. Visitors drag the services they need into a circle, shaping their own brief while the interface responds with motion and personality.
Challenge
Making the final touchpoint feel useful and distinctive.
Contact pages often become static lists of links or generic forms. The challenge was creating an experience that still feels direct and functional while giving the visitor a stronger sense of personality.
Approach
Designing around clarity first, then adding interaction.
The direction started with the essential actions visitors need: reach out, choose the right channel, and understand the next step. Interaction was added only where it made those actions feel clearer or more engaging.

Research
Looking at how conversation starts online.
Research explored studio contact pages, booking flows, and lightweight onboarding patterns to understand how design can reduce friction and make outreach feel easier.
Competitor Analysis
Many similar pages either overcomplicate the form or under-design the interaction completely. This project focused on a middle path that feels approachable, structured, and easy to act on.

Visual Direction
The visual direction is minimal, direct, and slightly playful. Clean surfaces and focused micro-interactions help the page feel polished without delaying the main action.

Design solutions
Turning a utility page into a clear invitation.
The final design organizes contact options into a simple flow, making it easy for visitors to understand where to go and what will happen next.
Typography
Typography keeps the tone conversational and concise. Headings guide the visitor quickly, while supporting text reduces uncertainty around the contact process.

Layout System
The layout is intentionally focused, with limited distractions and a strong hierarchy around the primary contact action. Supporting details sit close enough to reassure without competing.

Components
Interactive components were kept lightweight and reusable, including contact cards, action buttons, and response states that support a smooth outreach experience.

Outcome
A contact experience that feels simple, useful, and human.
The final page turns a basic functional moment into a more considered brand interaction, helping visitors take the next step with less friction and more confidence.
